DIRECTED BY SIMON EVANS FOR THE DONMAR WAREHOUSE, THE DUBLIN THEATRE FESTIVAL AND THE GOODMAN THEATRE, CHICAGO
Sixty people a night were invited to a converted attic, high above the streets of Covent Garden, to hear Brendan Coyle deliver Olivier-Award-winning author Conor McPherson's haunting monologue play St Nicholas. Seated on a bric-a-brac collection of odd chairs, the audience held their breath as water dripped and the wind blew and our the narrator swept them along in a candle-lit immersive ghost story.
