PERFORMANCE DIRECTED BY SIMON EVANS WITH ASSOCIATE DIRECTORS GEORGIA CLARKE-DAY AND DAVID FRIAS-ROBLES FOR SECRET CINEMA
Secret Cinema presented Miller's Crossing, based on the Coen Brothers classic. Hornsey Town Hall was converted to recreate prohibition-era America (complete with speakeasy, bank, casino, apartments and an entire street exterior with shops, market stalls and a fully working 1920s car).
Three separate narratives were devised for the audiences: they entered the world through separate entrances, pursuing their narrative as it interwove with others and came together for the climax.
